Privately Shared Menu

Our specialty is delicious cuisine created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by fantastic flavors.

We take great pride in improving upon your favorite dishes in new and creative ways. We use only real ingredients. And no added salt. We'll try our best to make a meal that meets your dietary requirements. Sometimes that means you'll have to plan ahead - at least 3 days. But we hope the wait is worth it.

Caprese Kabobs

Tomatoes with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar glaze.

Bacon & Sausage Wraps

Mini Sausages wrapped in bacon, jalapeno, and cheese.

Bacon & Cheese Wraps

A bacon cream cheese & brown sugar roll-up, that's to die for!

Chicken Bites

Crispy breaded chicken with spicy ranch sriracha dipping sauce



Soups $6

Enough for Two

Pasta Fagioli

Tomato base with pasta, Italian sausage, mushrooms, beans, and onions.

Potato

Creamy potatoes, mushrooms, garlic, and sausage in a light broth.
Not made with milk or cream.

Curry Chicken & Pasta

A ginger, coconut, curry broth. Choose Mild, Spicey, or Extra Hot.

Chili

RED - Hearty beef chili with hominy, chorizo, onions, and beans.

WHITE -Chicken in a white chili sauce with corn, onions, and beans.



Entrees $12

Chicken Fried Steak

Breaded fried ground Angus beef steak smothered in mushroom gravy served over mashed potatoes.

Eggplant Parmesan

Breaded eggplant cooked in olive oil served over a bed of spaghetti. Topped with choose of tomato or white sauce.

Rosemary Chicken Roulade

Breaded chicken breast seasoned with rosemary and dill. Filled with mushrooms,
onions, asparagus, and cheese. Air fried and served over white rice. Topped with sriracha ranch sauce.

Stuffed Pork Loin

Pork loin stuffed with pepperoni, onions, spinach, and cheese.
Served over white rice or mashed potatoes. Topped with mushroom gravy.

Cashew Chicken

Asian style chicken with mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, onions, and cashews.
Made with Liquid Aminos in place of soy sauce. Served with white rice.

Lemon Fish

Light & refreshing. Tilapia filet baked with a lemon & garlic sauce served over pasta.

Veggie Pasta

Pasta served with fresh tomatoes, broccoli, asparagus, onions, and mushrooms.
Can be ordered with GF pasta.

We only use real Parmesan Cheese. We grate all our parmesan cheese fresh off the block.
And, that goes for all the cheeses we use. It's never pre-grated, so you don't get any unwanted fillers. Just great cheese.

These orders reqiure three day advanced notice.

Nut Crusted Tuna Steak

Fresh tuna covered in nuts cooked rare or medium rare with a grape tapenade. Served with asparagus and white rice.

Smoked Pork Shoulder

Slow smoked pork. Your choice of pulled pork or sliced.
Served with your choice of baked potato or baked beans.

Smoked Turkey

Slow smoked turkey. Your choice of breast or leg. Served with mashed potatoes and gravy.

Country Style Smoked Ribs

We slow smoke these meaty strips to perfection.
Served plan or with homemade BBQ sauce. Served with your choice of baked potato or baked beans.



Bread $6


Cheesy Jalapeno Bread

A round loaf filled with cheddar cheese and jalapeno slices.

Rosemary & Basil Bread

A round loaf of flavorful herbs.

Garlic Bread Sticks

Twelve sticks. Soft, chewy, and garlicy

Burger Buns

Four buns. And, yes, the buns are handmade and fresh!

TIP: Order Buns when you get the Smoked Pulled Pork! 

Since we don't cook with salt, we flavor our breads
with real ingredients like sour cream, cheese, potatoes, squash, herbs, and jalapeno juice.



Sweet Treats $5


Chocolate Cake

Different from any chocolate cake you've ever had.
This cake is made with sourdough which gives it an exotic moist texture.
It is a small cake - serves four.

Italian Almond Cookies

These are soft and delicious. And Gluten Free, made with Almond flour and egg whites.
3 dozen cookies.  

Rosemary Cookies

Rosemary adds a special hint flavor to this cookie.
3 dozen.

Coconut Macaroons

Good old yummy coconut rolled puffs of meringue.
3 dozen.

Old Fashioned Butter Mints

Made with real butter! Great for after dinner, or mid-afternoon treat! 3 dozen.

Any treat (except Butter Mints) can be made sugar free. We substitute with Splenda.

How Our Privately
Shared Menu Works

We are glad to provide meals when you don't want to or cannot cook. We accept donations to cover the cost of food and preparation.

All prices listed are only suggested donation amounts. Delivery is available in the Parachute to Rifle area for a suggested donation of $5.00

Place your orders by phone between 11am - 4pm on Wednesdays - Saturdays.
Pick up your order between 3pm-6pm.

Please allow up to 90 minutes for preparation...because it's always prepared fresh.
